Valeo niles electronics
Our supply of automotive industry injection molds to Valeo Niles commenced in May of 2018. For the Valeo team, we have been designing and producing miscellaneous series of molding tools of automotive plastic parts, the majority of which can be utilized for the enhancement of driving comfortability and ABS (Anti-skid Brake System).
With a duration of six years, we have established a solid and profoundly collaborative relationship with the Valeo Team, predominantly its subsidiary in Guangzhou. Upholding the principles of optimizing resource utilization, providing efficient and prompt progress reports, and implementing stringent quality control, we have consistently received acknowledging and applauding feedback from them.
In one of the latest communications with the Valeo Team, as requested, Arwin Wu (highly praised engineer of Pioneer) elucidated technically in ECN (Engineering Change Notice) reports regarding the evaluation of feasibility and risks associated with dimension correction, which contributed to the later assembly and prevented potentially unnecessary waste.
